The lawyer's fees are free and fixed in agreement with the client. There is no indicative scale. It is therefore necessary to discuss with your lawyer the terms and conditions for determining the amount of the fees.

The lawyer and his client agree at the very beginning of their relationship on an total remuneration for the service defined between them. Beyond that, any service not provided for will be subject to a new remuneration.

The lawyer and his client agree on an hourly fee from the very beginning. The final fee will be calculated by the lawyer at the end of the case.

It is not possible to determine the lawyer's fees by the success of the lawsuit or according to the result obtained. However, it is possible to agree on a basic fee (lump sum or hourly rate), supplemented by an additional remuneration calculated according to the result obtained. This additional fee must be agreed in advance.

Whichever package you choose, it is recommended that you determine it in writing with your lawyer. The remuneration of your lawyer is not necessarily the only expense. engaged in a lawsuit. Called costs or expenses, these additional expenses generally cover the costs of proceedings or the remuneration of other auxiliaries of justice (e.g. the intervention of a judicial officer).
